Please let us know!Emergency, incident or unsafe situation?

It’s important that you report any safety occurrence (emergency, incident or unsafe situation) to Schiphol. This way, we can initiate the appropriate follow-up as well as learn and improve in the field of safety. Those reports help us to keep Schiphol safe for travellers, visitors and everybody that works at the airport.

If you see a life-threatening situation, unsafe working methods, an unsafe traffic situation, a faulty cord, or any other safety or environmental risk – please let us know!
