Special requests

To turn your special or specific requests into reality at Schiphol, you will need help from our colleagues who know what is and is not possible at our airport. A special departure of a sports team, a guided tour for a large group of people, or musicians arriving in their own aircraft: all of this needs special supervision and meticulous organisation. Operations at Schiphol continue 24/7. So a lot of coordination is needed for special requests and we have to obtain the necessary permits.
