The COVID-19 rapid antigen-test must performed within 4 hours prior to departure.
Passenger and/or crew arriving in The Netherlands after 0:01 LT on Saturday, January 23rd 2021, need to be able to show a negative test results of the COVID-19 rapid antigen-test. Failure to provide these negative test results, will result in the passenger being denied to enter The Netherlands and may result in a fine for the airline.
As the latest COVID-19 measures are currently being discussed in the Dutch parliament, the above information may be subject to change. If new or altered measures are being imposed, we will inform you accordingly.

Flight restrictions for countries with mutant varieties of COVID-19
As several mutant varieties of COVID-19 are adding additional risk to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Dutch government imposes additional flight restrictions for flights from the following countries per Saturday, January 23rd 2021, 0:01 LT: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland, The Federative Republic of Brazil, The Argentine Republic, The Plurinational State of Bolivia, The Republic of Cabo Verde, The Republic of Chile, The Republic of Colombia, The Republic of Ecuador, French Guiana, The Co-operative Republic of Guyana, The Republic of Panama, The Republic of Paraguay, The Republic of Peru, The Republic of Suriname, The Oriental Republic of Uruguay and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The restrictions only implicate passenger flights and the same exemptions as were communicated per March 2020 apply. The Government will apply stricter regulations in regards to exempted categories. What these regulations entail is unclear at this point. We will inform you accordingly when more information becomes available.
Night Curfew per Saturday, January 23rd from 21:00 LT to 04:30 LT
The Dutch government plans to impose a night curfew per Saturday, January 23rd 2021 from 21:00 LT. The night curfew applies daily between 21:00 LT and 04:30 LT. Exemptions are in place for employees. Employers at Schiphol need to provide their staff an employer’s statement and individuals need to fill out a statement they can download relevant forms from this website.
As debate regarding this measures is currently taking place in parliament, the above information may be subject to change.
New test location for transfer passengers China
As of Monday, January 18th 2021, transfer passengers on their way to China can obtain the mandatory PCR and IgM antibody test at a new location at Schiphol. A new location has been set up on the D-pier, that will be easy for passengers to find when following the signage. These two different tests are required by the Chinese government. Passengers transferring via Amsterdam need to have a health code issued by the local Chinese Embassy (country of origin). At Amsterdam they must take the second tests and the passengers have to register online and are welcome at the test location on the D-pier at the selected timeslot.
Airlines must ensure that passengers travelling on to China have the required tests and screening forms so that they will not be stranded at will Schiphol.
