The Euro Commercial Paper programme enables Royal Schiphol Group to borrow funds for a maximum period of one year for the financing of general corporate purposes. Under this programme, Royal Schiphol Group attracts additional recourses through the issuance of public commercial paper.
The programme was set up in 1999. The programme enables Royal Schiphol Group to issue commercial paper with professional investors via standard documentation. At present, the programme has an upper limit of EUR 1 billion.
