Schiphol Cargo World is Schiphol's logistics centre where approximately 1.5 million tonnes of air cargo are handled annually. Schiphol Cargo World at Schiphol Southeast is the ideal location for companies operating nationally and internationally in the logistics sector.
Schiphol Real Estate (SRE) has recently expanded its existing leasehold right with (WDP Nederland N.V.). The existing buildings at Folkstoneweg 65 in Schiphol Zuidoost have now been demolished and the construction of the new building has begun.
Thanks to the extension of the leasehold right, WDP is able to realize a larger, modern and sustainable commercial building with offices for a logistics service provider in the field of air freight: Kintetsu World Express (KWE). Thanks to the circular construction process and the BREAAM Excellent certification of the new building, we are working together on Schiphol's sustainability ambitions in this project.
