Here's some helpful information to consider before visiting our Privium Lounges.
You book the voucher for the day you fly.
A voucher allows one-time entry to 1 Privium Lounge of choice.
Bring a valid passport and boarding pass when you check into your lounge.
Children from the age of 12 are welcome at our lounges.
You have access to one of the lounges up to 3 hours before the departure of your flight.
There is a maximum group size of 4 people, with the exception of larger families with children over 12 years old.
If you wish to stay longer, it is possible to purchase an additional voucher at the counter.
No refunds will be made in case of cancellation.
Privium ClubLounge Departures (before security) The Privium ClubLounge Departures is open daily from 05:30 - 21:00. The lounge is located before security between Departures 1-2, just behind check-in desk 9.
Privium ClubLounge West (after security - non-Schengen, lounge 43) The Privium ClubLounge West is open all days from 05:30 - 21:00. The lounge is the Dutch Bar & Kitchen restaurant at Holland Boulevard, Pier-E.
Privium ExpressLounge (after security - Schengen, lounge 28) The Privium ExpressLounge is open daily from 05:30 - 21:00. This lounge is after security checks, on the second floor of Lounge 1, at the beginning of Pier-D.
