Terms and conditions Schiphol Parking Wheel Deals November 2022

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the temporary “Wheel Deals November 2022 P3” campaign, hereinafter referred to as 'the Campaign', organised by Schiphol Nederland B.V., which is established at Evert van de Beekstraat 202, 1118 CP Schiphol and hereinafter referred to as 'Schiphol'.

  2. From 1 November 2022 up to and including 30 November 2022, a temporary discount of 10 or 15% will be applied to reservations for Schiphol’s P3 Long-Term Parking Car Park and P3 Long-Term Parking Garage. No minimum stay is required.

  3. During the Promotional Period, all customers who have parked at Schiphol in the past will receive an email from Schiphol Parking. The discount will be applied to parking reservations made via this email for P3 Long-Term Parking Car Park and P3 Long-Term Parking Garage before 30 November 2022.

  4. The discount is only valid for new parking reservations and cannot be applied to parking reservations that have already been made. Customers must enter and exit before 31 March 2023. The reservation must be made before 30 November 2022, as the discount code will expire after 30 November 2022.

  5. The discount rates are 10 or 15% per reservation and will be randomly awarded to the Participants. The discount will immediately be applied to the booking; there is no need to enter a separate discount code during the booking process.

  6. The Campaign is open to everyone over the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as the 'Participant(s)'.

  7. By participating in this Action, the Participant declares that he/she agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Action.

  8. This Action runs from 1 November until 30 November 2022. (the 'Promotional Period').

  9. There are no costs associated with participation in the Campaign. When parking, the regular parking costs will be charged minus the applicable discount percentage.

  10. The discount to be received cannot be exchanged for money or a voucher.

  11. The discount can be applied to a maximum of one booking per Participant.

  12. Schiphol reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or modify the Action and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Action and/or the amounts of the discount at its own discretion and without prior notification being required if circumstances give cause to do so, without any obligation vis-à-vis the Participants for compensation of loss or damage. The prevailing Terms and Conditions of the Action are available at all times at https://www.schiphol.nl/nl/parkeren/actievoorwaarden-wheel-deals-p3.

  13. No guarantees whatsoever can be given with regard to the accuracy, reliability or changes made to the content of the Web Pages of the Action. Schiphol cannot in any way be held liable for unsuccessful attempts to take part in the Action.

  14. Schiphol reserves the right to exclude Participants from participating in the Action if there is any suspicion of fraud or improper influencing of the results.

  15. The Action and the Terms and Conditions of the Action are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising in relation thereto will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
