How do I create a My Schiphol account?
A My Schiphol account is always connected to a Parking booking or a Privium membership.
- Create a My Schiphol account with a parking booking: book a parking spot and during the first step of the checkout process check the box indicating you'd like a My Schiphol account. You will receive an email confirmation to activate your account.
- Create a My Schiphol account with a Privium membership: enroll for a Privium membership and click the link in the email confirmation to activate your My Schiphol account.
I want to pay a Privium invoice but cannot log in
If you cannot log in, it might be that the My Schiphol account that is connected to your Privium membership has not yet been activated. Click here and go to ‘Create a new password’. Please fill in the email address that you use for your Privium membership. You will receive an email shortly with a link to set your password and activate your account.
If you after some time did not receive an email from us, please contact us via privium@schiphol.nl or +31206014222 and we will help you resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Why can’t I log in to My Schiphol?
If you can’t log in, click here and go to ‘Forgot your password?’. Please fill in your email address. You will receive an email shortly with a reset password link.
Do you have a Privium membership? Please fill in the email address you use for Privium.
How do I become a Privium member?
Do you regularly travel from Schiphol? Enroll for Privium Plus or Privium Basic. Once you’ve filled out the form, you will receive an email with further instructions.
I still haven’t received a reset password link
Please try again here and go to ‘Forgot your Password?’. Fill in your email address and click ‘Mail reset link’. If you’re a Privium member, fill in the email address you use for Privium.

Can I change my parking details?
Yes, you can change your parking details. Within My Schiphol, go to Parking and click ‘Change reservation’.
Want to save changes for your next reservation? Please make a new reservation and we will remember your new details (for example, your new number plate) for future reservations.
