VIP service on departure: The most exclusive way to travel through Schiphol

Availability VIP service
These are busy times in the Schiphol VIP centre. We will do our utmost to provide you with the best service. Due to the large volume of requests, we cannot always confirm VIP service. We recommend making a reservation request as early as possible. Our rates can be found here.
To request a VIP service, please use our reservation portal.
We also kindly request our guests to:
- Be present at least 90 minutes prior to departure. If travelling with Emirates, Singapore Airlines or EL AL this is 120 minutes. If guests are not present on time, there is an increased risk that the flight will be missed.
- Guests are responsible for their own correct COVID-19 travel documentation. The travel documentation for every destination can be found here.
Arrive at the centre
Park your car, ask your chauffeur to drop you at the entrance, or read more about other ways to reach the VIP centre. We kindly request you to arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight. In this timespan we take care of all formalities.
Check in
Our friendly staff will give you a warm welcome in the VIP centre and bring you directly to one of the exclusive VIP areas. That could also be a private lounge, if available. While you relax we check you in, take care of your baggage and stand at the ready in case you have any extra wishes. It goes without saying that we respect your personal space and maintain 1.5 metres distance.
Relax in our lounges
Enjoy our services at your leisure. You're free to freshen up, work or relax. Our lounges and bathroom facilities are kept extra clean and there are hand sanitisers and wipes available. You can also visit the duty free shops in the terminal or ask for a tax refund from Global Blue. You can also use the XpresSpa wellness service during your visit.
Time to go
We'll monitor your flight, collect you from the lounge, guide you through our dedicated security process and drive you to the plane in a luxury car. Our cars are equipped with screens so that passengers can be seated safely. There is a maximum of three passengers at a time. The vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after each trip.
