The Privium Culture Weeks: Eton Mess with chocolate chip
Ingredients

- 125g strawberries
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 225ml Greek yoghurt
- 3 chocolate chip cookies
- 5 sprigs of mint
This is how you make it!
- Wash the strawberries, remove the green caps and cut into pieces. Mix 1 tbsp of strawberry jam with the Greek yoghurt.
- Crumble the cookies and arrange on 5 plates. Top with the Greek yoghurt, the rest of the strawberry jam and the strawberries. Sprinkle over the remaining cookie crumbs and garnish with a sprig of mint.
