The Privium Culture Weeks: Eton Mess with chocolate chip

Ingredients

5 servings

  • 125g strawberries
  • 3 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 225ml Greek yoghurt
  • 3 chocolate chip cookies
  • 5 sprigs of mint

This is how you make it!

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the green caps and cut into pieces. Mix 1 tbsp of strawberry jam with the Greek yoghurt.
  2. Crumble the cookies and arrange on 5 plates. Top with the Greek yoghurt, the rest of the strawberry jam and the strawberries. Sprinkle over the remaining cookie crumbs and garnish with a sprig of mint.
