For the best Schiphol parking experience, it is recommended to park at Schiphol P1 parking if you want to be within a 2-6 min. walk to the terminal. Schiphol P1 parking offers both short-term and long-term parking options with the possibility to charge your electric car. Our 24/7 video surveillance ensures the safety of our passengers and vehicles.

Can I change, extend or cancel my reservation for parking?

Yes, this is possible until 24 hours in advance. You can [change or cancel your reservation here](https://www.schiphol.nl/en/parking/my-parking-reservation/). Have you driven in yet? Then extension is no longer possible. Additional costs will then be charged, which you can pay at the payment terminal upon return.

Changing the dates of parking, the license plate of the car, or your personal details is free of charge. Important: if you change your reservation, you will automatically receive a new reservation number. Carefully save the reservation confirmation (and any changes we send you by e-mail). It will contain the most complete information.

The parking fees will only be refunded if you selected the cancellation option when you made the reservation. It is easy to add it when you make your reservation. The €5 charge for adding this option will not be refunded when cancelling your reservation.

__Privium Plus members__ can always change or cancel their reservations for parking free of charge (membership benefit). This can be done until 1 minute before the start of their reservation.

__Please note, you can no longer change or extend it in the interim if you have already parked your car. This also applies to Privium Plus members.__

I have made a reservation for P1 for longer than 48 hours. Which signs should I follow?

Follow the signs “__P1 Parkeren 0-48 uur__” (P1 parking 0-48 hours). Even if your reservation is for more than 48 hours, you will park in the garage indicated with these signs.

What happens if I park in P1 without a reservation?

Accepted Answer

You can park in P1 for up to 48 hours without a reservation. If you are parked for more than 48 hours, then the parking fee will increase by € 100 per day. Do you want to park longer than 48 hours? If so, you must make an online reservation.

What is the best place to park when dropping off or picking up someone?

You can quickly drop-off passengers at the Kiss & Ride zone in front of the Departures hall. If you want to say goodbye to friends and family or welcome a business relation, [P1 Parking Pick-up and Drop-off](/en/parking/product/p1-pick-up-and-drop-off/) is your best option. You are assured of a parking spot, you can reach the terminal in a few minutes and you have plenty of time to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink before you hit the road again.
